Student Permit/Renew

Due to the fact that most international students are young and their parents are concerned about their children’s living condition and safety in Canada,  in addition to the regular Student Permit and/or Renew application services which provided by other immigration firms, , we offer a whole package of professional services for clients who desire to study and immigrate to Canada:

• Assist them with college or university application to pursue post-secondary, undergraduate, and graduate studies.
• Assist Public or private high schools application
• Visa Application and Airport Pick-up Services
• Home Stay and Legal Custody Services

Spousal Sponsorship

Other than the normal opposite-sex marriage cases which other immigration firms are dealing, we handle even more complex and critical issues such as the common-law marriage and same-sex sponsoring cases and help our clients and their spouse to enjoy their lives together in Canada as soon as possible.

We are good listeners and patient.  We take our time to prepare persuasive application and detailed supporting documentation accurately, so that the immigration officer makes a decision based on a genuine marriage relationship.

Canadian Experience Class (CEC)

The Canadian Experience Class (CEC) immigration program allows foreign students and Canadian work permits holders to apply for permanent residence in Canada if they meet certain criteria. The Canadian Experience Class requirements are based on a pass or fail model which means there are no points cutoff like the Federal Skilled Worker program does (67 points).

Besides the standard criteria, you may want to know:

• For foreign graduate stream, the English- or French-as-a-second- language courses do not count toward education requirements under the Canadian Experience Class.

• Full-time work experience means working at least 37.5 paid hours per week.

• Your work experience must be Skill Type 0, or Skill Level A or B on the National Occupational Classification (NOC).

• You do not meet the minimum work experience requirement if you gained your work experience without the proper status (for example, as an undocumented worker)

Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)

Immigration Canada welcomes the persons who can make an immediate economic contribution to the province or territory because they have the needed skills, education and work experience.

To apply under the Provincial Nominee Program, applicants must be nominated by a Canadian province or territory with a Provincial Nomination Certificate.

Effective July 1, 2012, most Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) applicants to semi- or low-skilled professions will need language testing. This test will show whether your language proficiency meets a minimum standard in each of these four categories: listening, speaking, reading and writing.
